As you all know, I had my second baby 8 months ago, and I also was given 1000mg of Solu-medrol (times 3!) to reduce the inflammation from a MS relapse. Both combined, I needed to really watch what I ate to keep the weight off.
I am a coffee drinker. I treat myself with Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks as often as I can, (which is not good for losing weight) but after this recipe, I no longer need to! I can make something just as good right at home!
-1/2 cup cold brewed coffee (I just use the leftovers of my morning coffee (: It always magically goes cold anyways!)
-1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (to cut calories)
-1 scoop of protein powder
-1 cup of ice. (Approx.)
Mocha or caramel drizzle (I just buy the Smuckers ice cream toppers 😋)
-Add all ingredients to bullet or blender, and blend.
-Add Whipped cream and drizzle of your choice!
It’s so yummy, and low on calories!
