How I make a Healthy Frappuccino!

How I Make A Healthy Frappuccino - Make A Tasty Frappuccino That Puts Your Favorite Coffee Shop To Shame With 3 Simple Ingredients - - #fitmom #healthy #easyfrappachinoAs you all know, I had my second baby 8 months ago, and I also was given 1000mg of Solu-medrol (times 3!) to reduce the inflammation from a MS relapse. Both combined, I needed to really watch what I ate to keep the weight off.

I am a coffee drinker. I treat myself with Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks as often as I can, (which is not good for losing weight) but after this recipe, I no longer need to! I can make something just as good right at home!

-1/2 cup cold brewed coffee (I just use the leftovers of my morning coffee (: It always magically goes cold anyways!)

-1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (to cut calories)

-1 scoop of protein powder

-1 cup of ice. (Approx.)

Whipped cream

Mocha or caramel drizzle (I just buy the Smuckers ice cream toppers πŸ˜‹)

-Add all ingredients to bullet or blender, and blend.

-Add Whipped cream and drizzle of your choice!

It’s so yummy, and low on calories!

P.S. Enjoy! β˜•β˜•β˜•

  1. Yum a coffee protein shake. Of course when I run the blender my toddler comes running to share my smoothie so she would be very mad she can’t have any. I’ll have to do this with my hubbies leftover coffee. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I like frap.
